I ordered the organic facial oil last month. It took about 9 days to reach me in Texas, which felt a bit long for a single item. The oil itself is quite nice, light and absorbed well without feeling greasy. I also got a natural lip balm. Its quality was good, felt very hydrating. Packaging was all recyclable, which is a big plus for me. Customer support was okay when I emailed about the shipping delay, they responded within 24 hours but couldn't really speed things up.
